Akiko Yokoyama

Biography

After obtaining her International Baccalaureate Diploma, Ms Yokoyama entered and graduated from the School of International Liberal Studies at Waseda University. She is currently majoring in psychology at the Graduate School of Education, Waseda University, in order to provide a specialised education to the next generation of students. As well as graduating successfully in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), she is trilingual (English, Japanese, and Tagalog), and holds a research master's degree. Utilising these skills and experience, she is able to effectively support students from various backgrounds as an accomplished educator. Furthermore, she is also able to use her extensive knowledge in the field of psychology to assist students with mental preaparation through the highly challenging Diploma Programme.
