MBA教育において次世代経営者の育成に従事。大阪大学にて博士(経済学)を取得。消費者行動分析を中心とした経営戦略に関する論文を多数執筆し、近年は事業継承や長寿企業に関する研究やケース開発に取り組む。NUCB Busimess Schoolでは国際認証を通じたMBA課程の開発に携わり、学内外でケースメソッドのFDを多数実施。NUCB International Collegeのアドバイザリーボード。
