MISSION & VISION
The founder, Dr. Yuichi Kurimoto, was the first international student to graduate from the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alberta, Canada in 1930. Upon his return to Japan, he recognized that education system in Japan had been limited, and so he decided to make it available to the Japanese youth of the day.
We aim to develop caring, innovative and ethical leaders with a frontier spirit who can create a peaceful and sustainable society. Our graduates will have the ability to bridge the gap between international cultures.
We aim to be the premier international boarding school in the Asia region, cultivating a ‘frontier spirit’ and academic excellence in creating pathways to ethical leadership.
