Edwin Antes Incleto

Biography

Mr Edwin Incleto holds a background in Engineering, Office Administration, Public Service and Teaching. He is an engineer by profession and holds a Master of Public Management from his home country and a Master of Engineering (full academic scholarship) from Nagoya University.

Before moving to Japan, he undertook a Divisional Chief appointment in a Freeport Zone dealing with both international & local stakeholders, where he gained interpersonal & problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, resourcefulness and adaptability. He has also been a key contributor to the creation of a business-regulatory monitoring unit that audits the developmental goals and compliance of locators and stakeholders. In addition, he found time to assume teaching responsibilities at nearby universities.

Incleto likes to admit that his Japanese language skill is "still a work in progress", nevertheless, he has been utilising his experience and training teaching English in secondary international Language schools.
