Kory Matsuno

Biography
Throughout his 15-year basketball career, Mr. Matsuno overcame countless injuries which inspired him to transfer his energy from basketball into understanding sports medicine. After graduating from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science, he served as a corrective exercise therapist for The Egoscue Method in San Francisco, helping athletes, Tony Robbins clients, and people worldwide of all ages heal from musculoskeletal pain, recover from injury, and improve their athletic performance.
To re-establish his cultural roots as a 4th generation Japanese American, Mr. Matsuno decided to move to Japan and pursue a career in international education, teaching at a high school in Mie Prefecture for 3 years before joining the team at NUCB International College. He strives to continually improve as a leader and educator that facilitates growth and helps students build confidence.
