Ussama Tanveer

Biography

With over 15 years of combined professional and academic experience, Mr. Tanveer brings a unique blend of industry expertise and educational excellence to NUCB International College. He has extensive experience in teaching the IBDP in Japan and business subjects at a university level in Pakistan, sharing valuable insights from a decade-long career in corporate banking.

Mr. Tanveer holds double Master’s degrees in Business Administration, including an MBA in the Global Leader Program from NUCB Graduate Business School in Japan and an MBA in Banking & Finance from the Institute of Management Sciences, Pakistan, where he graduated with distinction as a Gold Medalist. He is also certified by the Harvard Business School for Global Business, is an associate member of Certified Public Accountants, and has completed the Financial Advisory Program from the Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance.

During his professional banking career, Mr. Tanveer gained extensive market knowledge and hands-on experience in corporate banking across Dubai, Bahrain, and Pakistan. This industry expertise provides a practical dimension to his teaching, helping students bridge theoretical concepts with real-world applications in the fields of economics and business.
