On Sunday, 6 June, primary school students and their parents from around Aichi prefecture attended a special information event about NIC. The event was held at our sister school, Nagoya International Junior & Senior High School, located near downtown Nagoya. Although parents of such young children are more likely to be thinking about junior high school at this stage, everyone who attended expressed interest in NIC and asked many questions. Both English and Japanese share an equivalent expression in that time flies like an arrow, and so it is not surprising that regardless of nationality, parents everywhere are focused on their children’s long-term education. As such, we encourage parents to communicate with their children and make a mental note your child’s dreams and aspirations for the future.
For parents considering international education in Japan, one of the best points of NUCB International College is that, apart from being on the IBDP candidacy path, it will also be an Article I School; in other words, NIC will confer a Japanese diploma, which no other international school in Aichi prefecture currently is able to do. On top of having Article I status, NIC also combines these three, unparalleled advantages: world-class full boarding, the IBDP (candidate school), and the integration of the Harvard MBA-style case method. Such advantages will greatly help your child acquire the leadership and social skills that needed when embarking for university life.
We invite you to check our homepage to find an upcoming NIC information session or a trial lesson which best suits your schedule. We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming events!
