On the afternoon of Tuesday, 21 December, NUCB International College was honored to welcome the Special Committee on Human Development and Welfare of Aichi Prefecture. The guests included representatives from Aichi Prefecture and the municipality of Nisshin.
A meeting gathering of all participants was followed by a visit to the School construction site. Everybody was able to see the progress of the works as they were guided through the School facility and the Boarding House, whose glass bays are now completed reflected beautifully the sun rays of that winter afternoon.
The meeting was the occasion to state the status of the current situation of education in Japan, and particularly in the Aichi Prefecture. A special focus was put on the role of the implementation of international education programmes in Japan in regards to the future pathways of the country. Time was also allocated for a Q&A session where our representatives responded to inquiries from our guests.
