The Bridging Programme has been online until now, but starting today, students will be residing in the International House and attending face to face lessons for the remainder of the term. From mid-afternoon onwards, students started to arrive at the boarding house with their families in tow. It was a family effort to help bring in all the students' belongings. IF a family member was not tasked with wheeling a suitcase their job was simply to provide moral support for their child as they ventured into the unknown.
Following the unpacking, families toured the dormitory and rooms together, which allowed the students to become familiar with their new surroundings. Everyone was extremely happy with the new dwellings. Despite some families being reluctant to say goodbye to their children, the students had already embraced boarding life and seemed excited about their new lives and the different people they will meet at the International Dormitory. Let the adventure begin!
