Each day NIC students participate in the Engage Programme, which takes place after school until dinner. The purpose of the Engage Program is to provide an opportunity for students to enjoy some physical activity together in a relaxed and non-competitive environment. NIC understands the benefits of balancing the students’ academic program with a variety of sporting, recreational and creative activities, providing an opportunity for students to develop friendships outside the classroom , and enhancing their overall health and wellbeing. There is a number of different activities that the students participate in throughout the term. On this particular day, the students (as well as mentors) participated in badminton. The students enjoyed using the university's spacious gymnasium and exercising to their heart's content. For the month of May, NIC students will partake in badminton, tennis, soccer, track and field, and dance. Next month, different activities are planned, so the students of NIC will never be bored—health is wealth!
