Please introduce yourself.

My name is Atsuya and I am in Grade 10.  My favourite food is sushi.

What made you choose to study at NIC?

I wanted to establish good relationships with people from other countries. In the future, I want to join a university abroad so improving my English level is another reason why I joined this school.

What is your favourite thing about being part of the NIC community?

I can communicate with diverse people and I can be friends with them.  I can also challenge myself to use English several times in one day.

What made you decide to join the student council? What skills do you think you can acquire and how can it help you achieve your goals in the future?

I thought I could use my experiences here from when I attended NIC events as a prospective student and I also thought this was an opportunity to earn more experiences for my future!

What do you want to be in the future? What do you want to study and where? How can NIC and your role in the student council help you achieve this goal?

I haven’t decided yet what I want to be in the future and what I want to study. However, I am interested in universities overseas so this was an opportunity to improve my English and meet new people.

What advice would you give to someone who is considering joining NIC?

You should carefully consider it because high school affects your future a lot! NIC is very busy and the lifestyle is quite hard. However, if you come here your high school life will be very meaningful and you can experience many unique things.  I am waiting for you at NIC!
