Entrance Ceremony - seven countries represented
After years of preparation, it is with emotion that NUCB International College held its first Entrance ceremony on Thursday, 1 September, which marked officially the opening of the School. Our first batch of students, coming from seven different countries, took their first steps at the school. The ceremony was attended by about 100 people, including parents and school staff who congratulated the students on their new beginnings.
Hiroyuki, a representative of the students, also gave a speech to encourage all of his new classmates to take the unique opportunity to make lasting friendships with people from all over the world.
By living with people from different backgrounds, he said he hopes to learn independently and with an international outlook.
The most attractive thing about the school is its diversity. I sincerely hope that together with my fellow students we will have a meaningful experience in Japan and that our goals, dreams and aspirations will be realised. Hiroyuki, class of 2025.
