Response to Novel Coronavirus Infection at NIC Events

In order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, NUCB International College is taking the following measures.
＊Please note that, depending on government announcements and other factors, NIC may make changes to the measures listed below or to the events programme.

1.＜Temperature check>
All visitors will be asked to take their temperature using a non-contact thermometer at the event reception desk on campus. Please ensure that you take your temperature at home before coming to the event.
2.＜Wearing a face mask>
We ask that all participants wear a mask when on campus.
3.＜Alcohol disinfection>
Sanitize your hands when entering the NIC facilities using the hand sanitiser equipped at the reception desk and at each venue.
4.＜Social distance>
Please keep an appropriate distance from participants and staff. Seating will be allocated in the classrooms for mock lessons and information sessions in such a way as to maintain at least 1m distance from each other in all directions.
5.＜Presence on campus>
Lunch will not be provided for participants at this year's event. There will be no space to eat or drink on campus, so please return home as soon as possible after the event.
